With over 18 years of experience in the skin care industry, Christina Damato is a highly skilled and passionate professional dedicated to providing exceptional aesthetic care. Christina’s extensive training includes clinical education in Medical Aesthetics both in Texas and Florida, along with hands-on experience working with top Plastic Surgeons, Dermatologists, and Medical Spa practices.

Her commitment to ongoing learning drives her to attend professional conferences and advanced training programs, ensuring she stays at the forefront of the latest facial aesthetics and injectable techniques. Juan Ivan Ramirez, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Ramirez was born in Edinburg, Texas, and raised in Mission, Texas. He completed his residency in Family Practice at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston in 1995. With over 25 years of experience in the medical field, Dr. Ramirez has a deep commitment to caring for patients of all ages, from newborns to great-grandparents.

Before joining Pure MedSpa, Dr. Ramirez practiced in Cuero, Texas for nine years, building a strong foundation in family medicine. He is now proud to serve as the Medical Director at Pure MedSpa, where he brings his wealth of knowledge and passion for patient care to the world of medical aesthetics.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Ramirez is able to provide care to a wide range of patients in his community. He is an active member of the Texas Medical Association and the Hays County Medical Society.
